RESERVATION POLICY

If you are interested in purchasing tickets for any of our productions, or have any questions not answered here on our website, just give the Box Office a call at (301) 662-6600 and anyone there will be happy to help you.

There are a few things you should know about purchasing tickets at Way Off Broadway.  We do have specific policies that we follow very closely.  That way it is fair for everyone and no one can say we are giving anyone any special treatment.  What follows is basically the "fine print."  Knowing these things up front will make things a lot easier and help to head off any misunderstandings before they happen.

SNOW POLICY: In theatre, there is an old saying that we live by, "The show must go on."  However, we are very careful when it comes to bad weather.  If the roads are clear and we have no troubling getting the cast and staff in for the show (and those who work at WOB come from all over the area), then the show will go on.  If the weather is too bad, and we do cancel a performance, we will let everyone know and we will work with everyone to reschedule their tickets.  If a show does go on and someone does not show up for their reservation, then those tickets have been forfeited.
