Way Off Broadway is the perfect destination for your next group outing!  Whether you are a tour group traveling through the Frederick area, a local business organization, or just a large group of friends out for an evening of fun and entertainment, The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre is the place to be.

Group rates apply when you have 20 or more in your party.

WHEN BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION: First, you should speak with someone in our Box Office to make certain the date you are interested in is available and can accommodate the size of your party.  After you have booked your reservation, we will send you a contract with all of the information you will need to know regarding your group reservation, such as suggested arrival time, payment information, etc.  You will need to sign one copy of the contract and return it to Way Off Broadway with a $200 deposit within two weeks to secure your reservation.

DEPOSIT: Your $200 deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your group reservation.

INTERIM PAYMENT: Depending on the size of your reservation, an Interim Payment may be required.

FINAL COUNT: When making your reservation, we recommend making it for the maximum you think you may need, as the performance may sell out and you would not be able to add to your group later.  You have until FOUR WEEKS before the scheduled performance to make any necessary cut-backs and to give the Box Office your group's final count.  After this date, no further cut-backs will be allowed.  Additions may be made if there is still availability for that performance.

LESS THAN TWENTY: If the number in your group falls below 20 then the Group Rate no longer applies and you will be charged the full regular ticket price for that performance and the gratuity will no longer be included.

FINAL PAYMENT: Your final payment will be due to Way Off Broadway THREE WEEKS before your performance date.

PAYMENTS: All payments should be made by one check, made out to WAY OFF BROADWAY.  We cannot accept individual payments from group members.

CANCELLATIONS: You have the ability to cancel your reservation up until four weeks before your performance when your Final Count is due.  However, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Your deposit will be held at Way Off Broadway for one year from the date or your scheduled performance and can be applied to a future booking during that time.

TICKET PRICE: Your ticket price includes the buffet, show, taxes, and a $2.00 processing fee.  Included beverages are coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and water.

The gratuity that is included in your ticket price is for the service provided by your server.  If there is additional service for drink orders or if you feel you have received service above-and-beyond, we ask that you consider tipping accordingly.
